Tar Blend Shampoo is a concentrated tar medicated shampoo for the control and treatment of itching, flaking, scaling, irritation and redness associated with psoriasis seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff. Contains 4.25% w/w tar blend shampoo an exclusive blend of coal tar & salicylic acid in a soapless shampoo base with added hair conditioners, pH adjusted to natural hair balance. Uses: Apply Tar Blend on hair and scalp usually twice weekly or as directed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before each application. Wet hair throughly with water and rub the shampoo into lather on hair and scalp. Rinse hair well with water and repeat. Do not use if there open skin (e.g. sores/wounds) on scalp. Side Effects: Minor skin/scalp irritation or darkened/stained skin may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly.
