Sticta Pentarkan Ptk 82 drops are used as the treatment of acute bronchitis. The components of Bryonia and Sticta affect in particular dry, painful cough with little secretion.

Compositions

100 g Ptk 82 drops contain: Sticta Ø 10 g; Bryonia 2X 10 g; Ipecacuanha 3X 10 g; Rumex 1X 10 g; Spongia 2X 10 g; Excipients Q.S. to 100 g. Ethanol 59% (V/V).

Indications

Traditionally Sticta Pentarkan drops are used for the treatment of acute bronchitis. Whereas Ipecacuanha helps for dry, seizure-like cough. Rumex and Spongia are proven themselves with hoarseness in dry coughs.

Dosage/Uses

Unless other Advised in case of acute symptoms take 5 – 10 drops, every half to hour, at most 12 times a day. In case of subsiding symptoms or in chronic cases take 5 – 10 drops 1- 3 times a day.
